MONDAY
homemade felafel (CHEAP!) and pita w/yogurt sauce
lime cilantro coleslaw (delicious on the felafel!)
TUESDAY
spinach lasagna
garlic bread
mixed green salad
WEDNESDAY
chicken with preserved lemons and basmati rice
spinach salad
THURSDAY
spinach mushroom omelet and plain scrambled eggs
buttermilk pancakes
home fries
YUM. :)
